The Episcopal Diocese of East Tennessee held its 23rd Annual Diocesan Convention February 9 & 10 in Gatlinburg, TN. Attending as representatives of Good Shepherd were Interim Rector Dex Bender; Associate Rector Judith Whelchel; Deacon Lou Garcia; delegates Oscar Brock, Toni McGauley, Ann Weeks, and Brad Weeks; and alternates Jack McGauley and Dawn Weber.
